ICT: Key Levels and HTF Candles

The reference levels (highs/lows/opens) and the higher-timeframe candles.

Two tools that bring the wider context onto the chart, the part you normally only see by looking up from your trading timeframe.

Key Levels (PDH / PDL / Open)

Automatically draws the most-watched reference levels:

  • PDH / PDL, previous day’s high and low.
  • PWH / PWL, previous week’s high and low.
  • Daily Open / Weekly Open, the day’s and the week’s opening price.
  • How to read it: labelled horizontal lines; price tends to react when it touches them.
  • Parameters: switch each level on or off individually, change the colours, show or hide the labels.

HTF Candles

Shows higher-timeframe candles to the right of the chart, up to four strips side by side.

  • What it is for: seeing the 15-minute, 1-hour or daily picture without changing your trading chart.
  • Parameters: number of candles per strip, candle style (filled/hollow, wicks), timeframe label, background opacity. The strips stay anchored to the right and never overlap price.
