You trade futures: the CME index contracts (NQ, ES, YM, RTY) and their micros, plus energy and metals such as CL and GC, through your own broker connection. Options and ETFs are not tradable from the platform: the 0DTE chain on QQQ and SPY is read for analysis only, and a futures to ETF bridge carries those levels onto the futures chart you actually trade (NQ with QQQ, ES with SPY).

A recent computer: Trading Konsole is a desktop application for Windows, macOS and Linux. You download it, install it and sign in with your account. Given how dense the console is, a large screen (or more than one) makes a real difference.

The desktop app, and nothing else on top of it. To trade for real you also connect your own broker/data feed (see "Data and providers"); we walk you through it at activation time. The options data comes from us, with nothing to configure.

Yes, the desktop app is built for all three. Given the density of the information it is designed for large screens (or multi-monitor on the higher plans).

The cockpit is designed for the desktop: it is a very dense console, poorly suited to a small screen. The website and the documentation read comfortably on mobile.

Futures data (prices and the L2 book) comes from your own data feed, at launch we support Rithmic. The 0DTE options and GEX data, on the Desk plan, is provided by us: there is nothing for you to configure.

For futures, yes: you need an L2 feed (e.g. Rithmic) in your own name. For options on the Desk plan, no, we take care of it. At trial time we tell you exactly what is already live and what needs an account of yours.

Connections reconnect by themselves with a heartbeat and backfill of the missing data; a LIVE / OFFLINE badge at the top always tells you whether the dashboard is connected.

The full-screen futures chart with every indicator except the order-flow and options ones: trend, volatility, oscillators, volume, ICT levels, drawing tools, alerts and the composable workspace. Real trading within a prudent cap (up to 3 micros, with your own broker connection) and simulation with no limits. Footprint, DOM, liquidity heatmap, CVD and everything on the options side (flow, GEX, gamma flip) belong to the paid plans. The Free plan does not expire: it is not a timed demo.

Pro adds the full order-flow suite (footprint, DOM, heatmap, CVD), unlimited indicators, full backtesting, the Expert Advisor and multi-monitor. Gamma includes all of Pro plus 0DTE options with GEX per strike, gamma flip and the futures↔ETF bridge.

Yes: you will be able to upgrade or downgrade from the reserved area, which we are opening. Until then, leave your email and we let you know as soon as subscription management is live.

Yes. The card is required to start the trial: it verifies the account and lets the subscription continue without interruption if you decide to stay. Nothing is charged during the 7 days, and you can cancel before the end with a single click from the reserved area.

If you do not activate a subscription, access to the Pro/Desk features ends. You can still keep using the Free plan, which stays free.

After registering, the reserved area gives you an activation key tied to your account. The platform verifies it at start-up and at intervals to keep your plan's features enabled. The reserved area is being opened.

On one device at a time. You can install it on more than one machine, but the session is single: opening it on the second signs it out on the first. An offline grace period lets you keep working without a constant connection.

No: there is an offline grace period. For real-time market data, of course, a connection is needed.

Yes: subscriptions are monthly and will be cancellable at any time from the reserved area; you stay active until the end of the period already paid for. Subscription management is being opened.

Because a free trial is available to evaluate the platform with no commitment, you can check that it suits you before paying. The final refund policy will be published when subscriptions open; for particular cases support is available.

We process data according to the privacy notice and in line with the GDPR. You can unsubscribe in one click from our emails and ask for your data to be deleted.

Data-feed and broker credentials never end up in the code and are managed centrally and encrypted. By default the platform works in paper: real execution requires a deliberate activation (see "Paper and real trading").

Yes: we follow the WCAG AA standard, honour the "reduce motion" preference and never convey information by colour alone.

Paper trading is simulated: orders run against the real book but are not executed on the market, so you can test approaches without risking capital. Real trading sends genuine orders to your broker. Guide to paper trading.

Both, and you choose per account. You trade the real book through your own broker account (Rithmic), and the same screen runs in simulation on live data when you want to rehearse a setup without risking anything.

From the account selector. Each account is separate, with its own position, its own PnL and its own rules: a per-account risk manager applies your daily loss limit and locks the account when it is hit, before any order goes out.
